Het Miaou-verhaal begon in 2016, toen Alexia Elkaim besloot om een vintage-geïnspireerde jeans te ontwerpen die de perfecte nauwsluitende pasvorm zou bieden voor alle lichaamstypes. Haar belangrijkste bedoeling? Om de drager een goed gevoel te geven-een doel waar het label in al zijn stukken naar streeft, zoals de Hunter minirok.
