Returning your order?

Want to return an item?

Of course you can, as long as they are in a brand new condition with tags in tact and not part of the excluded product categories (see below). Please note that by purchasing an item, you are also agreeing to our Returns Policy which includes all of the below.

We accept returns from customers in the UK and EU only. Returns from all other regions are not accepted.

EU customers must notify us by email within 14 days of receiving their order if they wish to return an item. Once a return has been approved, the item should be sent back to us without undue delay. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For EU returns, please mark the customs documentation as “Returned Goods – no commercial value / value for customs purposes only” and include your original order number where possible.

If the customs documentation is completed incorrectly and we incur any duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges as a result, these costs may be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business daysof receiving the item.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Please be advised that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to the carrier.
