Refund policy

You can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. The order must be received back to our office with 30 days. This applies to both UK and non UK orders.

The item(s) must be retuned in a saleable condition. The item(s) must be unworn, tags attached, with no sign of damage. This included make up stains, fake tan, no deodorant or perfume/ aftershave ), and un-washed. If the item(s) retuned is in a non saleable condition we reserve the right not to issue the refund and we will send the item(s) back to you.

The return shipping is the customer responsibility. Buyer is responsible for the tracked and insured returning shipping costs and must notify House Of Huntington LTD before returning. Plus notifying House Of Huntington LTD via email or chat of the tracking number so it can be logged onto our system.

You will need to place your order number within the parcel as well so we know it is your order that has been returned. You order number can be found on your confirmation email. 

Refunds will not be given for initial shipping if you paid for shipping or the additional shipping fees you may have paid to us or return shipping back to us. 

Any duty and taxes will not be refuned either as that is between yourself ( the customer and your government )

UK Return:

1. PRE PAID RETURN LABEL

Please use this link to obtain our £5 per paid label to return to the post office. To us this label cost £5 which we deduct from the refund amount. Please keep the receipt the post office gives you as that is your proof the item is sent and you will need that incase the item is lost as it is your responsibility to have the item returned too us.

Beauty & Bedding Products:

Beauty and bedding products can only be returned if unopened, unused and have original seals intact. This is due to hygiene and does not effect your rights as a consumer.

If you do not what to use our pre paid label. You have pay for your own shipping yourself using whatever method you wish but you still hold responsibility to the safe return of the item(s)

Non UK Returns:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping. The item needs to be packed securely with the order number placed in the return parcel so we know which is your order upon return. You need to state the reason for return on the custom form as RETURN / RETURN GOOD . If the return is not marks on the custom form as that. We may not receive the return as it will not clear customs into the UK.

If the item is significantly not as described or damaged. We may ask for proof for our own records. Please do not be offended by this we need to keep a log. If the item is damaged we need to find the cause so the evidence may need to be submitted to our supplies or shipping partners. 

Once items are retuned they are inspected by our team. The same team who dispatched the order originally to check it complies with our terms and conditions and refund if issues within 48 hours of retuning you will be notified by email of the refund. The payment can take upto 7 working days depend on your payment method. Estimate times shown below 

Paypal = Instant to 2 working days ( Monday to Friday )

Bank debit / Credit cards = 2 to 5 working days ( Monday to Friday )

Klarna / Clearpay / Afterpay = ( Depends on your agreement with Klarna / Clearpay / Afterpay. Klarna / Clearpay / Afterpay is a partner of ours and operate completely independently providing there own services and there own terms and conditions ) 

NON COLLECTED ITEMS:

Item not collected from there respective locations EG Post Office, Fedex Location, UPS Access Point ETC will not be eligible for any refunds. A lot of the time items are treated as not wanted and destroyed by the parcel company. Even if retuned back to us we have to pay for the return shipping, handling storage, the hold time and if coming from outside the UK 20% import taxes and handling. So no refund is issued for non collected item. 

Wrong address:

If we ship an order too you and you the customer provided us with the wrong address. We can try to amend the shipment but we can not guarantee this. As we are not at fault as the customer provided us with the wrong information House Of Huntington LTD is not require to issue a refund if the item does not get delivered. 

Customer changed the shipping address themselves whilst order is in transit with shipping company House Of Huntington LTD consider the order at that point to have been completed and delivered. The customer holds all responsibility from the point forward.

Delivered To Post Office, Fedex Location, UPS Access Point or other respective shipping partners holding centres:

If the customer has requested an item delivered to a collection point at checkout ( Post Office / UPS access point / Fedex location ) Once the item has been delivered House Of Huntington LTD consider the item delivered once delivered at the collection point. If a customer does not collect the item and retuned to House Of Huntington LTD or destroyed the customer his not eligible to a refund. 

If the customer changes delivery address to collection point during shipment is in transit ( Post Office / UPS access point / Fedex location or others ) House Of Huntington LTD consider the item delivered at point of change, the customer will not be eligible for a refund if the item is not delivered or not collected.
