A: 100% YES. Everything we sell is checked for authenticity before we upload it to our online store, so you can shop with confidence that the goods you are buying are guaranteed to be authentic. We also buy direct from brands such as Christopher Kane and Drake's. We also deal with multi-brand retailers like Matches Fashion. We have years of experience on Ebay, Depop, Grailed and top 1000s seller worldwide on Vestiaire Collective.
Q: HOW OFTEN DO YOU GET NEW PRODUCTS?
A: We drop new products EVERY WEEK or near enough everyday so make sure to check back on our site regularly and stay tuned to our Instagram (@houseofhuntingtonstore) for stock updates. VIPs (our newsletter subscribers) get first dibs so make sure to sign up.
Q: WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR GOODS?
A: We stock 99% new with tags goods. They are excess inventory which we alleviated from brands as it helps them with their sustainability goals. Some tags may be missing or a slight mark which will be stated in the description.
Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
A: Depend on your location in the world. Please see shipping policy for more details. Shipping times are quoted at checkout.
Q: ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES, CUSTOMS AND HIDDEN FEES TO PAY AFTER CHECKOUT?
A: No. All fees are quoted at checkout so you will know the full bill at point of purchase. That means you will not get a surprise letter from customs telling you to pay taxes. We partnered with Global-e who does all the tax and fee collection at our checkout.
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING RATE?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries. The shipping rate is provided at checkout once you input your country. Shipping is determined by order value. Please see shipping policy for more details.
Q: WHAT COMPANY DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS WITH? HOW CAN I TRACK?
A: We ship with FEDEX, UPS, Royal Mail DPD and Parcel Force. We email you tracking information as soon as your item is shipped or alternatively, you can log in to your account on our site to check the tracking and carrier we shipped with. A: Express shipping for ALL locations worldwide is with DHL.

Q: CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
A: Yes, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. This is standard for online businesses. With that said, as an outlet offering limited quantities, we hope customers are aware and have experience with the brand they are buying. We ask customers to be mindful when purchasing and avoid purchasing multiple sizes to try on. We are merely an outlet and are not the brands who made those clothes. Refunds are only for costs for goods not shipping. Buyer is responsible to tracked and insured returning shipping and must notify us before returning. Please see return policy for more details.

A: We currently do not have a physical store. This is to allow us to keep our prices low and be accessible for customers all around the world.
