For hygiene reasons, this product cannot be exchanged or refunded. Other online retailers also state this. Please ensure this is a product you have already used before and you are buying to top-up. All of our Guerlain products have come from a liquidation lot and will be from a few years ago. Nevertheless, they are brand new in box.

What happens after I've returned my item and when will I get my refund?
Once items are retuned, they are inspected by us two, the same people who checked the items before packing and dispatching them as we handle all aspects of this store. After checking if the condition is sellable and the return procedures complies with our terms and conditions, a refund will be issued within 7 Days of the order's return to us. You will be notified by email of the refund. The payment can take up to 5 working days (depends on your payment method).
