Shipping policy

Items are shipping from the Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England Our cut off time is midday UK time, but we sometimes can be posting orders after that time, and occasion a day later as we are just two people.


All times provided at approximate time set by shipping companies themselves. If the item is delayed "HOUSEOFHUNTINGTON.COM" hold no responsibility as the shipping companies do not hold themselves responsible for the their own delay.


We offer Fedex Next Business Day, that is the service name and it should be there next day but Fedex do not hold themselves accountable nor can we if they do not if arrives late. But that is the best and fastest service. 


We aim to dispatch items with 1 working day ( Monday to Friday ) and tracking provided by email for all shipment by HOUSEOFHUNTINGTON.COM when the item is dispatched the parcel company may also email/text as well.


UK ORDERS 

Orders under £100 are not eligible for free shipping and may pick your shipping option at the checkout.

We may change the shipping provider when item can not be accepted with the shipping company. This may be due to size weight, size or your location. We dispatched 98% of our orders with the shipping company stated at checkout. Just some times orders can not be delivered by certain companies for many reason for what we do not know. The default method of shipping would be Royal Mail Tracked 48

Please note orders placed on Fridays after 1pm GMT will be dispatched Monday as our partners do not operate on Saturday or Sunday collections from our warehouse.

 

EU And Rest Of The World Customers

We collect all taxes and duties at checkout items are delivered DDP. We offer both UPS and fedex to most location around the world. All items are tracked which will be emailed to you. 

 

We ship to the address provided at checkout, any changes made between the buyer and the shipping company to change delivery address is between the buyer and the shipping company and you will not be covered for lost items or misdelivered.
