We only accept returns from the UK and EU. Returns from all other regions are not accepted.

For UK and EU returns, return shipping is your responsibility.

Please email us to notify us that you will be returning the item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

For EU orders, please mark the customs documentation as “Returned Goods” with no commercial value.

 

What happens after I've returned my item and when will I get my refund?

Once items are retuned, they are inspected by us two, the same people who checked the items before packing and dispatching them as we handle all aspects of this store. After checking if the condition is sellable and the return procedures complies with our terms and conditions, a refund will be issued within 7 Days of the order's return to us. You will be notified by email of the refund. The payment can take up to 5 working days (depends on your payment method).

Which product categories are excluded from your return policy?

*The following product categories can only be returned if unopened, unused and have original seals intact. If a hygiene sticker/seal was in place then that has to be in tact. This is due to hygiene and does not affect your consumer rights. Categories are as follows:

  • Earrings
  • Swimsuits
  • Bikini bottoms
  • Knickers and thongs
  • Bedding
  • All beauty products
