Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England.

We aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day, Monday to Friday. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched by HOUSEOFHUNTINGTON.COM. The parcel company may also contact you directly by email or text.

Please note that all delivery times are approximate and are provided by the shipping companies themselves. If an item is delayed, HOUSEOFHUNTINGTON.COM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or shipping provider.

UK Orders

Orders under £100 are not eligible for free shipping. Customers can select their preferred shipping option at checkout.

In some cases, we may need to change the shipping provider if the item cannot be accepted by the selected courier. This may be due to the parcel’s size, weight, or delivery location.

We dispatch around 98% of orders with the shipping company selected at checkout. However, occasionally some orders cannot be delivered by certain companies for reasons outside our control. Where needed, our default shipping method will be Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 1 pm GMT will usually be dispatched on Monday, as our shipping partners do not collect from our warehouse on Saturdays or Sundays.

EU and Rest of the World Customers

For EU and international customers, all taxes and duties are collected at checkout. Orders are shipped DDP, meaning duties and taxes are paid upfront where applicable.

We offer DHL and FedEx shipping to most locations around the world. All shipments are tracked, and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If the buyer arranges any delivery address changes directly with the shipping company after dispatch, this is between the buyer and the shipping company. In these cases, you may not be covered for lost or misdelivered items.
